It is still in! Went to a general surgeon today and he is sending me to Nashville. At least I am not crazy and yes it is really in. You can see it in all four x-rays.
So to quote one of my favorite books - It is has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day!!

its not everyday that I come across someone with a dual computers in their heads and a needle in their foot :)
and who knows what else is inside me. I better stay away from x-ray machines. Now that I think about it also MRIs and while I am at it, the hospital.
Thank you Abbie for all your texts to keep me grounded. You helped so much.

OMG, I'm so sorry about what happened. I'm still scratching my head how the hell it got in your foot. I hope you are doing okay and keep us posted what is going on.
Here's my big hugs! :-)

Well -- I've read the average person swallow three spiders during a life time. You might have a spider in your stomach as well. How about THAT?
You might want to avoid any security screening with x-ray capabilities in the short term.
My God, that is amazing Valarie!
Kim----SPIDERS yuck! Well at least not snakes. I hate snakes!
Oh well I'm unique. My lovely daugther said, "Only you mom!" The hubby thinks I have more needles in me or at least the alien probe.
Me I am scratching my head, how in the world! and why me.
Oh My Gawd!
You have made through with all the security stuff at the airport!
I'll be watching you.

Valerie, the alien probe thing sounds more likely all the time ;). Girl! It looks big enough to be painful...I can hardly believe you don't feel it!!
You call me when you come to Nashville, eh? I have to go back on the 26th, I think, to see Dr. Haynes again *sigh*
Might be big enough to get it fingerprinted. Maybe you will have answers. I am curious what it is or who knows you might recognize it. WOW! Did they say it's metal?
